The Youth Ministry of St. Alphonsa Syro-Malabar Forane Catholic Church is a community where young people come together to grow in faith, build meaningful friendships, and serve God and others.
Rooted in the Catholic faith and the traditions of the Syro-Malabar Church, our ministry seeks to help young people develop a deeper relationship with Christ and discover their role within the Church and our parish community. We strive to create a welcoming environment where every young person feels valued, supported, and encouraged to live out their faith.
OUR FOCUS AREAS
FAITH: We seek to grow closer to Christ through prayer, worship, formation, and participation in the life of the Church. We encourage young people to deepen their relationship with God and live their faith with confidence.
FELLOWSHIP: Faith grows through community. We bring young people together through gatherings, social events, sports, games, cultural activities, and parish celebrations. These opportunities allow friendships to grow and create a strong sense of belonging within our parish family.
SERVICE: We are called to put our faith into action. Our youth are encouraged to serve the Church, parish, and wider community by sharing their time, talents, and gifts. Through volunteer opportunities, parish ministries, outreach, fundraising, and community service, we strive to become the hands and feet of Christ to those around us.

The Youth Ministry seeks to:
Strengthen the faith and Catholic identity of our young people.

Provide opportunities for young people to discover and develop their God-given gifts and leadership abilities.
